We have such wonderful memories of when Uncle Gordy would come to visit us in California. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with all of you.

He will always be my Uncle Gordy. Please accept our heartfelt condolances. We always enjoyed his visits and stories of when he and my mom (his sister Cynthia) and their mom (our Nana) were young. Cyd and family, you are in our prayers.

Much Love, Ty & Barbara Given

I always considered Andy Andrist an honest-to-God hero. I never called him "Andy". Always "Mr". Andy or "Mr". Andrist out of respect for his service to our Country. I truly treasure the time we spent looking at his war-time pictures and listening to his stories. And he had many to tell! Lady Luck was always at his side. I know he will be missed. Our condolences to the whole family.

I sure will miss Mr. Andrist. He was really a great person. It was a pleasure to be able to spend the time with him that I did. I know that I'm a better person and nurse because of him. Also thanks to Mrs. Andrist for allowing me to become part of ya'lls life. I love you both. Denise Cox LVN
