Tributes Add Your Tribute
By: Bill Parks Feb 28, 2007
Jack Garrett ,my Father-in-Law, will always be an inspiration in my life. His accomplishments will always be remembered, as he touched many hearts. Jack was never at a loss for words...I remember one of the first times we met he asked me: Bill, you know what a sure thing is ??? Respectively I answered...no Jack...what is a sure thing ??? His reply ...If you see a turtle sittin' on top of a fence post, it's a sure thing somebody put him there! There are not many "sure things" ... except for Jack. It is an honor to pay tribute to his life, as a friend and Son-in-Law. I rejoice that one day we will meet again. Until then,it is a "sure thing" that Tisch, our sons Garrett, Matthew and I,will miss you dearly. Bye...Paw Paw
