Dear Dawn & kids:

Was so deeply saddened to hear about your loss. Dawn, words cannot come close to express how wondeful you and Pat were as people, friends, acquaintances, etc..... It was such a joy to know Pat -- he never seemed to down -- always seemed to be there to pick everyone else up and seemed to have nothing but good to say about others (or he said nothing at all). Please know y'all are in my prayers and I'm here if you need ANYTHING. Hey - my Dad's a great guy & he'll enjoy meeting Pat, I'm sure as much as Pat will enjoy meeting him.

Lots of love,

GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR KIDS!!!!!! HE will take your burdens away!!! Remember, time is a healer!!!

Pat, we love you man. From this day forward there will be an empty space in our hearts. You are the ultimate friend, no one could ever fill your shoes. You would have loved today. Absolutley everyone you knew was there to show the love we all have for you and your family. I wish we could have had this get togehter while you were here. But once again you brought us back together to share and remember the goodtimes.

I was deeply saddened when I heard what had happened. Pat I know you are in Gods Light and that you are happy where you are. You were always a good, strong friend to me, And I am very proud to be able to say that we knew each other. I know we will all see each other again one day. Your journey has just begun, and I know you will meet it straight on like you did with everything in life. I will carry your memory with me until we can once again sit and talk and laugh with each other. I can not say good by because I believe it is for ever. But I will say Farwell my friend.

I was sad to hear that Pat had died, however I know he is such a good person and that he is looking over all of us with that great smile and warmth that he exudes...I went to high school with Pat. He and Mike were some of the first friends I knew when I moved to Texas. We had a blast hanging out just doing "nothing". As I have come to know Dawn, he couldn't have picked a better person to spend his life with. He was such a good guy with nothing but great things to say about his wife and kids. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I wish I could have been there, however I will remember Pat forever in my heart.

My heart is broken for Pat’s family as well as his never-ending list of friends. I feel privileged to have been part of Pat’s life. Although we did not stay in touch regularly, when we did, it felt like we never lost any time at all. We were instantly just as good of friends as we always had been. He was one of my closest friends in high school and was in my wedding after high school. He touched every one who knew him in some way and I am very proud to say he was my friend.

Dawn, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have been blessed in many ways and one of them was to be apart of your family. Marrying your cousin Kim and meeting such wonderful family as yours is awesome. I felt like I had known you my whole life. I enjoyed hanging out with you, Dawn and everyone else whenever we visited the family. I cannot believe all the friends you introduced me too, it only added to what I thought of you and that is a terrific person. Kim & I will miss you in our lives but know that you'll be watching over us and our family. Thanks Pat for being a friend!

I had the honor of knowing Pat for the last 29 years & growing up with him was great. We had such good times together over the years with each other, even when we were getting into trouble. Before he or I got married, we used to go to the movies together every Sunday. When our spouses came along, we ALL went to the movies or wherever we would end up. Pat was such a big part of our lives it's hard to imagine life without his humongous presence. He will be missed so much by so many. Our thoughts & prayers are with Pat's family & the rest of his friends. I know Pat is watching over us in death just as he did in life & I know we will remember him always with love.

A few years ago I had the pleaser of meeting Pat.

After spending time with Pat and getting to know him, I wish there were more people in the world like him.

You will never have met a nicers man.

During the time that I met Pat occasionally we would talk and have a wonderful conversations.

He was a very family oriented person; he would always talk about doing things with his wife (Dawn) and kids.

He will truly be missed and I have lost a friend.

Pat you will be deeply missed. It was an honor to have known you. God must have needed a new angel and you were the man for the job. You touched so many people's lives. You will never be forgotten and I know I will be looking for you when it is my time to go. So few people can go through life and actually give as much love as you did. I will hang on to every memory I have ever had with you. My deep heartfelt sympathy to your family. Hang in there Dawn you will see him again one day and I know his spirt will always be close to you.

Pat was a very out going man and very friendly. I had only knew Pat for 3 1/2 years but it felt longer than that. He was always talking about his family and doing things with his with them. He loved his wife Dawn and 3 children very much. I known he is in a better place known and we will all meet up with later. I have great memeories of hanging out with him. I will never forget the day I met Pat and his wife Dawn. We were at the hole talking for a couple of hours when they invited he to their home to hang out in te garage while the kids hung out in the back yard. Also before this horrible accident Pat had gave me advice about things in my life that I have been having problems with and I know what he told was right, so I am doing what he advised me to do. I wnat you to know that I am going to do the things you told me to do you can count on that. Pat I love you and will miss you very much. Crystal Evans
