We lost a great friend when we lost Kirk. He was one of those rare people who accepted you for what you were, and was your true friend no matter what. I had the great honor of being one of Kirk's friends and co-workers for many years. He always had the time no matter how busy he was to explain something to me about the business. And no matter how busy he was he was always there to help a friend - My heart goes out to Marlene & his family. They lost a great husband and father. I'm sure there's a special place in heaven for Kirk!

May God keep you and your family in his care and wrap you in his blessing. And know that you have friends that you can lean on anytime.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Kirk was the first boss I ever had. I worked for him at Reliance Electric in Beaumont during the late seventies. He was a good man.

I have known Kirk for almost Fifteen years as a customer of his and most importantly as a friend. Kirk always had something positive to say and had a way of lifting my spirit. His inspiration and dedication to God was truly a witness to me and all of the people he met.

My prayer goes out to Marleen and the rest of the Armintor family.

Kirk worked with my husband Bob Zahn for many years. I met Kirk at a PCIC in the early 80's and Bob & I enjoyed many wonderful evenings with Kirk. Marlene, Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.

I have known Kirk for 14 years and what a great friend he has been. I always looked forward to Kirk visiting us in Lufkin and going out for lunch and playing golf. We have spent many hours talking about everything under the sun. One time we were playing golf out at Crown Colony and he managed to hit a duck with his golf shot. After that, he was jokingly required, by us playing golf with him, to have a Federal Duck Stamp if he was going to hit any more ducks. Kirk was always the type of friend who you could call anytime or anywhere and he would try to help you out. I will miss him very much!

Our prayers are with Marlene and the entire Armintor family.

We have all lost a true friend and dedicated co-worker. No one knew or cared more for his customers than Kirk. It was always a pleasure to work a project with him.

That special "extra effort" shown through his willingness to volunteer for the IEEE Pulp & Paper committee activities. His involvement in the Petro-chem group helped transfer many of their successful efforts into a better way our Pulp & Paper group could serve the industry.

Marleen, your many "IEEE conference weeks" and activity on the ladies program with Marianne and others were some of those precious times together. Who said "work couldn't be fun"!

My prayers are with you and all of Kirk's family.

Heaven has received it's greatest angel. Kirk's dedication to Marlene, family and friends is unmatched. His efforts in the advancement of IEEE PCIC and PPIC will long be remembered.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Armintor family.

Our world has suffered a great loss & our Heaven gained a Beautiful Angel named Kirk!

I met Kirk in 1996 and I have to say what a joy he was to know. He always spoke well of his wife & children.

He always went that extra mile with his customers and training people.

It was a blessing to know him.

We have indeed lost a true friend. I met Kirk in 1994 and worked with him for the five years I spent in Texas. His generosity, dedication, and sense of humor were unmatched. He will be greatly missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Marlene and the rest of the family.
