I hadn’t seen Uncle Warren for many, many a year but I will forever remember him as a “Gentle Giant”. As a young girl he towered over me and I was a bit apprehensive of him. That all faded away once we took out on his tractor in a hunt for armadillo. Once we found one, he was humane in his handling of the banded beast; he was so calm, so patient in allowing me to participate in “bagging” the critter. As small as I was, he won me over right then and there! I guess as a direct result of that experience I grew up with armadillos being my stuffed animal of choice.

May he be reunited and resting comfortably in God’s house. Diane, may you and your family find peace in that knowledge..God Bless

PawPaw was a wonderful man that will be missed by all. I want to thank him for showing me the beauty of the outdoors and the dedication of hard work. I am so happy that he was able to meet his new great granddaughter and visit with her before becoming too ill. All of his grandchildren know that they were loved by him! Thank you PawPaw...we will see you again!

We love you!
