Tributes Add Your Tribute
By: Jason Jones Nov 16, 2005

You were only 11 years old when I met you. In many ways, you were more like my little brother than an in-law. I watched you grow up... watched you fight your battles... and admired the way you beat it all with that smile on your face.

You have much to be proud of bro... two beautiful daughters... two stepchildren who don't think of themselves as 'steps'... and a wealth of friends and family who thought the world of you. That's all any man can ask for.

I look forward to seeing you again.

God bless you little brother~

I remember my first sight of you...gasping for breath as you lay in the incubator. It seams that all of your brief life you were gasping for something. You know how much I loved you; and I know how bravely you fought against two bouts of Hodgekin's disease. As an tottler, you used to run to me. Now, I come to your memory in desperation and grief. Rest well, my beloved nephew. You have earned the right to eternal happiness. Until we meet again, I'm thinking of you. Love, uncle Carl and, of course, aunt Marta.

I want to thank everyone for all of the love and support from all of his co-workers and friends. Michael would have been amazed at all of the love and support given by them. We will miss you so much. It may be 50 years before I get to see your smiling face again, but it will be worth it. I love you little buddy. Save some fish for us. Love, your one and only sister, Angie :)

Mike will truly be missed by everyone who has ever had the pleasure of meeting him. He was full of life and always smiling. He was a joy to work with and a friend that would do anything for anyone. We will miss him, but we know he is now in a better place watching over us. Our prayers will continue for his friends and family.

I have only had the pleasure of meeting Mike as an aquaintance on two occasions. The last time was just last week at a mutual friends home. On both occasions he was cordial and polite and always smiling. I am greatly saddened for those that knew and loved him that his time with you has ended. To the members of his family and close friends, I am sorry for your loss and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for peace to come to your hearts over this sudden and unexpected tragedy. Just know that He will live on forever in your hearts.
