I just want to say what an unforgettable and beautiful person Alisha was and will always be to a lot of people. I will always remember us playing in meemaw & pawpaw's front yard and her not being afraid of anything. But most of all when I think of her I think of her being her Daddy's little girl. To this day I've never known of a daughter being closer to her dad than Alisha. She was his whole world and what he lived for.Uncle John, I just wish I could do something to help you but, there's nothing....that I can say or ever do that would make life easier for you and I'm sorry. None of us want to see you in pain. Love, Dawnie

My brother John, I cannot say how much I grieve for you, as anyone that knew you and Alisha knew you where her mother, very best friend, and a good father to her! You where there for each other through good times and bad ones, always together, and always will be. She is going to be missed by so many, but she will be waiting for you with open arms as always. She is at peace now with no more pain. She is with her baby after all. I love you and will be praying each day for you and Linda and the girls to get through these hard times. We will miss our little spit fire! Love Sis

I did not know Alisha personally, but she touched lives of many that I do know. I've felt the pain of losing a child and there is nothing that can bring comfort. My heart goes out to her parents and all that loved her. I hope with each day that passes a tiny bit of peace seeps back into your lives. God bless you.
