My very first job in high school and Joyce Conley took me under her wing. She has been with Jesus five years now and I went searching for her one night on the Internet, only to find I cannot hug her here on Earth again, I will have to wait to see her some day in heaven. You will be remembered as a very dear friend. I am sorry I did not have a chance to tell you, goodbye my dear friend. In kindness. Steven

I will forever miss her cookies, her smile and the way she made me feel to be around her. I am a better man because I knew her.

Joyce was one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. She never had a cross word to say about anyone and truly loved her children and grandchildren. Heaven will be a better place with Joyce!

Sweet Joyce is absent from her physical body, but present with our Lord! She touched everyone she met with her love and true faith in Jesus Christ. If you spoke to her for more than two minutes...you had no doubt that she was a committed Christian and she let you know right quick where her joy came from. I admired Joyce's boldness to speak the truth and I treasure my special handkerchief she made and gave with such love and kindness. On the envelope she had written "God's faithfulness never fails us."....and she is so right...It never does. Joyce was a very special lady and I am so thankful I knew her.

Joyce was one of those people who I looked forward to seeing and talking to because she was always so positive and so uplifting. I will always be grateful to her for her encouragement and for her shining example of how to be the best for God. She was truly one of those people I will never forget.

Ms. Joyce will always remain in my heart; she has touched my life and my family's life in so many ways. I will miss seeing her on Sundays and when she made visits to the bank. She was always smiling and wishing loving thoughts on others, she brought joy to so many people. I know she is dancing with the angels and signing with Jesus today. I offer prayers for her family because the pain of losing someone so cherished and wonderful has got to be difficult, everyone that knew her- loved and will miss her.

Miss Joyce was an angel on loan from Heaven. She was lent to us to share the preview of what joys await us in Paradise and now she has returned to her Home. She will truly be missed by all.

Every time I saw Ms Joyce, the first thing she would asked was....How my boys and family were doing? Both of my boys love the little pillows that she gave when they were born. She always asked about my dad after she had seen him mowing Northside Baptist Church's grass when she use to live across the street from the church. Ms. Joyce was a faithful Christian lady that knew how to make wonderful chocolate chip cookies. Ms. Joyce would always bring cookies (with and without nuts) on the first working day of the month when she work at the Bank, but you had to get down there quick because they went FAST! I will miss Ms. Joyce, but I know I will see her again one day.

Miss Joyce will remain a precious memory forever in the hearts of my entire family. She touched us in so many loving and joyful ways over the years and though we will truly miss her presence, I know she will continue to bless us from above with her love. The gates of heaven were surely open wide in celebration and welcome as she entered smiling to be forever with our lord. Thank you, Miss Joyce for sharing yourself so unselfishly with us all these years. We will miss you terribly but at the same time we are rejoicing with you. Holding you close in our hearts always, Kevin, Natascha, Matthew, Natalie, Erin, and Christopher.

The Bible says that the Elders of the Church are to teach the Young People of God the way to live Godly lives and to love as Christ loved. Ms. Joyce was a True inspiration to me without saying a word. It was the way she loved and gave of herself that has inspired me to be a better person. To her family, my heart hurt when I got the news that Ms. Joyce had passed, but the Truth is that she lives. She Lives in all of you.
