Funeral services for Elaine Jamison, 76, of Willis will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 10 a.m. in Faith Baptist Church, Montgomery, Texas with Rev. Dwayne Baird officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jamison was born on June 16, 1930 in Castlegate, Utah and went to meet the angels on September 25, 2006. In her earlier years, she worked in the construction business. She was a member of Women in Construction in Houston. Most recently she was a member of the Conroe Noon Lions Club. She was a founding member of Faith Baptist Church.
Elaine is survived by her brother, August Williams and wife Ruby of Utah; daughter, Pat Brandt and husband Larry of Willis; son, Cliff Cooper and wife Kathy of Georgia; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and best friend, Jackie Barnes. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Pallbearers are Terry Tunning, Jason Cooper, John Cooper Jr., Richard Stewart, Michael Fikac, David Tunning, John Williams, and Robert Williams.
Her caring and sharing nature has touched the lives of many, many people. She will be greatly missed.
