Funeral services for Deborah Lynn Goolsby Page, 55, of Willis will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Brother Roy Brooks and Brother Danny Wendt officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2006 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Page was born on April 4, 1951 in Crockett, Texas and passed away on November 12, 2006 in Houston, Texas after a courageous 7 year battle with cancer. She attended school in Grapeland and graduated from M.B. Smiley High School. She had a great love of travel and because of that, she became a travel agent and the owner of One Stop Travel in Humble.
Deborah was a member of Allendale Baptist Church of Conroe. Her greatest passions, however, was the time she spent with her family and grandchildren and time traveling. Her father, W. G. Goolsby, Jr. of Humble; grandparents, Gail and Ruby Goolsby of Grapeland and G. W. and Minnie Wofford of Latexo; and mother-in-law, Belma Schmidt of Porter, all preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Michael Page of Willis; son, Christian Billiot of Austin; mother, Gwen Goolsby of Humble; sister, Sondra Young and husband Joe of Conroe; brother, Keith Goolsby and wife Peggy of Humble; stepchildren, Mike Page and Lucretia of Spring, Michelle and Gilbert Castleberry of Montgomery, and Marian and Jarrod Wesney of Livingston; grandchildren, Dustin Castleberry, Ashley Castleberry, and Paige Wesney; nieces and nephews, Kellea Goolsby, Joe Young Jr., William and Elizabeth Goolsby, Nicole and Marshall Tyner, Tabitha, Jessica and Chris Schmidt; sister-in-law, Sandy Murray and husband Terry; brother-in-law, Blaine Schmidt and wife Gina; special friend and caregiver, Debbie Smith of Conroe. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Pallbearers will be Jeff Bartee, Frank Smith, Jim Hay, Jack Hay, Tony Vale, and Jarrod Wesney.
