Funeral services for Bobby Glenn Hudspeth, Sr., 72, of Willis will be held on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 1:15 p.m. in the chapel of Houston Memorial Cemetery with Rev. David White officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.

Mr. Hudspeth was born on July 11, 1934 in Hughes Springs, Texas and passed away on November 22, 2006 at his home in Willis, Texas. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict receiving the Purple Heart and bronze star medals. He was a member of the American Legion Post #618 in Willis. Bobby worked for the City of Dallas and Owens Corning for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother.

Bobby's parents, William Henry and Pirlie Bell Hudspeth, and sister, Alice Claudine Anderson, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy Hudspeth; daughters, Terresa Turner, Cynthia George and husband Arthur, Shirley Phillips and husband James, Sharon Hudspeth, and Debra Kimbrough and husband Rick; son, Bobby Hudspeth, Jr. and wife Linda; sisters, Pauline Taliaferro and Dorothy Jean Pinson; brother, Billy Hudspeth and wife Claudia; grandchildren, Shelly Mask, Katie Hudspeth, Heather Hite, Craig and Kayla Turner, Jessica and Brandon George, James and Amanda Phillips, Nicole and Johnny Phillips, Ashley Forrest, and Rickie and Linsley Kimbrough. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dorothy Hudspeth Trust Fund c/o Capital One Bank.
