Ann C. Montanari, 67, Conroe, TX, beloved wife, mother and grandmother went peacefully to her resting place on December 30, 2006. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Tallo, her mother, Theresa and brother, Jim Tallo.
Ann is survived by her husband of 46 1/2 years, Ken. She is also survived by her three sons, Mike and wife Rebecca of Cedar Park, TX, Joe and wife Amy of Beaumont, TX and Patrick and wife Claudia of Frisco, TX; six grandchildren, Zach, Madison, Sam, Maret, Anna and Justin; sister Trish of Penn Hills, PA; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Ann was born on April 14, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Conroe in 1973, and lived in River Plantation until 1985. She moved away and returned in April 2004. Ann loved her friends and time in River Plantation; she was an awesome cook and homemaker, an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling. She was truly an amazing person who is loved and adored by many.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2007, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, The Woodlands, followed by a reception at the River Plantation Country Club. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
