Margie Ann Stubbs was born on December 29, 1938 in Conroe, Texas. She was called to heaven on Tuesday, November 26, 2002 while sleeping peacefully in her home. Her life was dedicated to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a devoted Catholic that believed in the importance of a strong Christian family. Margie was a giver to all she touched and she will be missed by many.
Margie's father, Ben Hoffart; brother, Bernard Hoffart and her brother-in-law, Eddie Witherspoon all preceded her in death. She is survived by the father of her children, Warren K. Stubbs, Sr; mother, Margaret Hoffart; two daughters, Natalie Howard and Tammy Zunker and her husband, Shawn; her son, Keith Stubbs, Jr. and his wife Cathy; two grandsons, Trent McNamara and Ben Stubbs; two granddaughters, Sarah Stubbs and Madison Zunker; sisters, Rosemary Scarborough and her husband Hugh, Irene Witherspoon, Janice Leck and her husband Kenneth; sister-in-law, Mary Hoffart; brother, Willie Hoffart and his wife, Theresa. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Pallbearers will be Mike Hoffart, Paul Hoffart, Andy Hoffart, Jim Butz, Jake Witherspoon, Jason Fischer and Allen Murray.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Monsignor David Kennedy celebrant.
