Funeral services for Douglas Glen Judah, 68, of Montgomery will be held at 1:00 pm., Wednesday, January 8, 2003 at the First Presbyterian Church Conroe with Rev. Richard Young officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm., Tuesday, January 7, 2003 at Cashner Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be from the Conroe Evening Lions Club.
Glen was born December 2, 1934, in Groesbeck, Texas and passed away January 5, 2003, in Montgomery after a long battle with prostate cancer. He graduated from Sam Houston University with a degree in music and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a retired educator, teaching for 34 years. He was a past district governor of Lions International and served as an elder of the First Presbyterian Church Conroe.
Glen is survived by his wife Becky of 39 years, son Henry and wife Charity of Magnolia, daughter Elizabeth Kelley and husband Bland of Montgomery, and daughter Lenore Judah and husband Mike Ruby of Conroe. The grandchildren are Emily and Abbey Judah, Lucas and Jake Kelley and Britney Ruby. He is also survived by his brother, John Judah and wife Becky of Waxahachie, TX.
