David Lee Terry
October 26, 1948 - January 2, 2004



Funeral services for David Lee Terry, 55, of Willis will be held on Monday, January 5, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the Montgomery United Methodist Church with Rev. Andy Noel officiating. Entombment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery’s Chapel in the Park Mausoleum. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, January 4, 2004 from 5 to 7 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.

Mr. Terry was born on October 26, 1948 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas and passed away at home with his family on January 2, 2004 in Willis, Texas. He served his country in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the Montgomery United Methodist Church and the American Legion in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

David's daughter, Heidi Terry, and his brother, J. D. Terry, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Vicki McCulloch Terry of Willis; daughters, Nicole Hadley and husband Parrish, Kimberly Terry, Madison Terry, and Morgan McCulloch all of Willis; mother, Dorothy Thomas of Mesquite; father, Monte Terry of Van Buren, Arkansas; sister, Judi Horgan and husband Terry of Mesquite; brother, Tom Terry and wife Glenna of Van Buren, Arkansas; grandchildren, Cori Hadley and P. C. Hadley both of Willis; special friend, Florine Jones of Houston. A host of other loving family and friends also survive.

Pallbearers: Wyatt McCulloch, Mike McCulloch, Jeff Endresen, Jacob Endresen, Parrish Hadley, Martin Heemer, David Minter, and Carter Frank.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to the Montgomery United Methodist Church Playground Fund.
