A memorial service for Richard D. Clover, 81, of Conroe will be held on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Rev. Marvin Agnew officiating.
Mr. Clover was born on July 31, 1922 in Lima, Ohio and passed away on February 29, 2004 in Tomball, Texas. He served his country during World War II in the U. S. Marine Corps. He served in the Pacific theatre and was a survivor of the battle of Iwo Jima. He was a member of St. Paul Methodist Men.
Richard is survived by his wife, Helen Clover of Conroe; son, Lonnie Clover and wife Sonya of Montgomery; sister, Janet Wheeler and husband Al of Westminster, Ohio; brother, Robert Clover and wife Sue of Lima, Ohio; grandchildren, Candace Carver and husband Skip of Conroe, Catherine Dominguez and husband Joseph of Conroe; great grandchildren; Logan Self, Brianna Carver, Diana Carver, and Samuel Dominguez. A host of other loving extended family and friends also survive.
