Funeral services for Eloise Ray, 83, of Conroe will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Dr. Charles Walton officiating. Interment will follow in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Wright, Jimmy Green, Chris Green, Wes Green, Bryan Scully, and Chuck Guinn. Honorary pallbearer is G. H. Bull. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, June 18, 2004 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Mrs. Ray was born on March 25, 1921 in Malvern, Arkansas and passed away on June 16, 2004 in Conroe, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church and worked as an accountant in the automotive and plumbing supply industry for 20 years. Her husband, E. T. Ray, preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Tom Ray and wife Barbara of Willis; sister, Pauline Befeld of Willis; grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Ray of Irving, Amy Holland of Magnolia and fiancée Michael Wright, and Richard Holland and wife Suzanne of Baytown; great grandchildren, Karli and Dalton Holland of Baytown; nieces, Patricia Green and husband Jimmy of Houston, Terri Scully and husband Aubrey of Houston and Normie Guinn and husband Chuck of Florida.
