A Mass of Christian Burial for Lora Mae Noe, 78, of Montgomery will be held on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Marys Catholic Church, 8227 CR 205, Plantersville, TX 77363 with Father Ed Kucera celebrant. Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, July 25, 2004 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 6 p.m.
Lora Mae Noe, beloved wife and mother, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ, July 22, 2004, after a brief, but courageous battle with brain cancer. Lora was born December 2, 1925, in McCook, Nebraska. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Melvin W. Noe, and her parents, Paul and Josephine Uerling. She is survived by her daughters, Marianne and husband John Hettig, Patty and husband Wayne Magee, Loretta and husband Frank Dieudonne, Anita and husband Jimmie Hammond Jr., Susan and husband Ken Anderson; sons, David Noe and wife Stacey, and Steve Noe and wife Tammy. She is also survived by her 23 beautiful grandchildren, Ryan Hettig and wife Amy, Marcy Voller and husband Julian, Debbie Evans and husband Lee, Christie Magee, Stephen Magee, Shelly Magee, Robert Dieudonne, Aaron Dieudonne, Jimmie Hammond III, Matt Hammond, David Hammond, Holly Moore and husband Toya, Dean Anderson, Louis Anderson, Timothy Anderson, Andrea Anderson, Shane Noe, Russell Noe, Kelley Noe, Colin Noe, Nick Noe, Meredith Noe, and Grace Noe; and 8 great grandchildren, Tanner and Jake Hettig, Jordyn, Jackson, and Jaycie Voller, Lauren Emily Evans, and Kendall and Katelynn Moore. Lora is also survived by six sisters and three brothers.
Loras children would like to thank her for her gifts of love and kindness, making each one of us feel most special, but most of all, we would like to thank her for her unwavering faith in God that she passed along to each one of us.
