Bill Kerr
died September 3, 2004



Bill Kerr, of Cut-N-Shoot, our beloved Husband, Dad & Grandpa, was released to Heaven on September 3, 2004. Bill was born at home in Energy, Illinois and Grew up in Herrin, Illinois.

In 1953, He married the Love of his Life, Phyllis Jean Flener, and they had two sons. After living, in Illinois, Georgia & N. Richland Hills, TX they finally settled in Cut-N-Shoot. Bill was in the Restaurant Business and was a District Manager for over 17 Years. He then owned and operated his own business in Cut-N-Shoot, until his retirement in 2004.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Kerr, and his beloved Grandparents, Lee & Cora Flanagan. He is survived by his devoted & beloved wife of 51 years, Phyllis Kerr; son, Eddie Lee Kerr & wife Pam, of Splendora; son, William "Derek" Kerr & wife Jennifer, of Cut-N-Shoot; Grandchildren, Jennifer Faith Kerr, of Willis; David Edward Kerr, of Splendora; Kayla LeeAnn Kerr, of Splendora & Great-Grand Children Cody Lee & Holliday BreAnn of Willis. He is also survived by his Mother, Mildred Kinsey, of Lyons, CO.; Sisters, Doris Hanson, Debbie Tabor & Niece, Lynda all of Lyons, CO. Bill also has numerous other family and good friends that survive him.

Bill was a very well known & liked man in his small community. He enjoyed sitting on his front porch on a nice day drinking coffee and visiting. He also enjoyed teasing & playing practical jokes on the people he liked & loved.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, sons and grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in Bill's honor, at Cashner Funeral Home, Conroe on September 7th, 2004 at 3:00 pm. The Pastor Terry Swonke will officiate.
