Funeral services for Eyvonne Cox, 75, of Conroe will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 11 a.m. in First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Lloyd Maddox officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel in the Park Mausoleum in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2004 from 4 to 9 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.
Eyvonne was born on November 23, 1929 in Maude, Oklahoma and passed away on December 2, 2004 in Conroe, Texas. She loved to play Bunco, slot machines, and she loved yard work.
Eyvonne is survived by her husband, Joe L. Cox of Conroe; daughters, Joette Kimbal and husband Roy of Cleveland, and Melissa Broun and husband Doyle of Conroe; sons, Michael Cox and wife Stephanie of Austin, and Jordon Cox and wife Sandra of Houston; brother, Thomas Dee Dickerson Jr. and wife Aura Lou of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, Trevor Kimbal, Tracy Kimbal, Carrie Rogers, Allison Broun, Jessica Cox, Erica Cox, Michael Broun, Alyssa Broun, Meagan Cox, Elizabeth Broun, Jenna Cox, and Gracelyn Cox; step grandchildren, Matthew Evans and Mackenzie and Grayson Wilson; great grandchildren, Katy Bagwell, Leigha Kimbal, Colin Kimbal, Josh Kimbal, and Ben Rogers. A host of other loving extended family and friends also survive. Pallbearers will be Michael Cox, Jordon Cox, Roy Kimbal, Doyle Broun, Trevor Kimbal, Tracy Kimbal, Michael Broun, and Gary Moore.
