Funeral services for Jack B. Hamm, 70, of Conroe, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at the Conroe Church of Christ, 1500 N. Frazier, Conroe, TX, with Minister Steve Yates officiating. Interment will follow in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jaylyn Hamm, Justin Hamm, Hunter Hamm, Al Perez, Doug Holland, Kenny Turner, Gary Gray, James Street and Tom Gilmer. Honorary Pallbearers: Elders of Conroe Church of Christ and John Ward. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2004 at Cashner Funeral Home.
Mr. Hamm was born October 21, 1934 in Coldspring, Texas and passed away December 18, 2004 in Conroe, Texas. He graduated from Coldspring High School and attended Sam Houston State and graduated in 1958 with Industrial Arts Degree. He was an Elder of Conroe Church of Christ for 23 years. He resided in Conroe 38 years and was owner of the family business, Carpet Warehouse.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Jaynell, daughter; Jennifer Preather and husband, Jimmy of Montgomery, TX, sons; James Alan and wife Donna of Conroe and Jay Bradley and wife Rhonda of Conroe, sisters; Peggy Ritchey and husband, Willis of College Station and Jimmye Wall and husband D. of Lake Jackson, grandchildren; Lorri Beth Hamm, Jaylyn Hamm, Justin Hamm, Hunter Hamm and Justice Preather.
