Funeral services for M.E. Bud Trigleth, 79, of Montgomery, TX will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Community Church of God, 11920 Stidham Rd. Conroe, TX with Dr. Raymond Stevenson officiating. Entombment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery Chapel in the Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be Monday, March 28, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303.
Mr. Trigleth was born November 23, 1925 in Coxburg, MS to M.E. and Josie Trigleth and passed away March 24, 2005 in Conroe Regional Medical Center, Conroe, TX. He was a member of the U.S. Army having served in the Philippines and Korea In 1954 he entered the professional staff of The Boy Scouts of America where his journey took him across the country touching the lives of many people. After retiring from scouting in 1987 he worked in various capacities at the Conroe Wal-Mart Super-Center.
Mr. Trigleth is preceded in death by sisters, Josie Buehler, Edna Watkins and Bessie Spencer and brother Floyd Wilkerson.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years Maxine; three children, Jan Trigleth of Houston; Harry Trigleth and wife, Brenda of Tomball; Cheryl Harris and husband, Charles of Victorville, CA; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
