Funeral services for Vivienne Mahalia Mosser, 65, of Midway will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 10 a.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Chaplain Tim Byrd officiating. Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 1, 2006 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Cashner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mosser was born on November 3, 1940 in London, England and passed away on January 30, 2006 in Madisonville, Texas. She was the owner of Cherry Tree Day Care Center in Willis for over 20 years and loved every minute of it. She was a very giving person and helped with the Toys for Tots program. Mrs. Mosser was also an active member of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America and proud owner of Vickis Menagerie Ranch in Midway, Texas.
Vivienne's son, Phillip Mosser, preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Rex Mosser; sons, Michael Joseph Mosser and wife Marie, and David John Mosser and wife Joann; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Mosser; brother, Bernard Wright; grandchildren, Jordan, Kobe, and Julius Mosser, and Chris and Kimberly Carr. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Pallbearers: Bill Schmidt, Ron Marquess, Buffalo Silva, Eddie Settlemeyer, Brad Spurlock, and Bob Weiss.
