Graveside services for Myrtle Ann Anderson Albert, 74, of Conroe will be held on Friday, July 28, 2006 at 10 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery with Mr. Joe Goodspeed officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, July 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Albert was born on March 24, 1932 in Conroe, Texas and passed away on July 25, 2006 in Conroe, Texas. She served her country in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin Hoss and Ethel Urquhart Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Calfee and husband Winton of Conroe; sons, Richard Albert and wife Anita of Montgomery and Reece Maurice Albert of Conroe; grandchildren, Clay Calfee, Travis Albert, Lindsey Albert, Rebecca Albert, and Jake Albert; step grandchildren, Steven Bridges, Ryan Tardy, and Matthew Tardy; nieces, Kay Cochran Gorrell, Sandra Cochran Casso, Laura Sams and Debbie Russell; nephews, Gary Cochran and David Russell; and great nephew, Rueben Simonton and family; close friends, Joan Calfee and Pat Fredricksen. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
